This was the look I had when trying to communicate in German while at a restaurant in Amberg. We took a one week class to help familiarize us with the German language and culture. It was a good class, but after spending one day in larger German city, I realized I have a ways to go, still.

I can't imagine having to learn another language to get along in another country with kids. It was one thing on a mission, another when you are on your own. Good Luck!! I am sure you will do great.
