Gymnastics has been a challenge for Keanna. She has had to do things that make her a little nervous like walking on a beam and jumping up on the vault. After a little practice she has caught on and enjoying it more.
I definitely remember my first few weeks of gymnastics... It is definitely a bit scary to learn the basics. Once you get those, the fear goes and it just becomes fun! I coach gym now and all little girls are very timid when they first start. Then they get the hang of it and they love it!

That is so great that she has an opportunity to do gymnastic! It will give her confidence throughout her life or at least teach her values of working hard.
